Each project starts with the same preparation process. We diamond grind the concrete using an industrial planetary grinder. Diamond grinding segments embedded in carbide mechanically strip the top layer of concrete, which levels the surface. This helps to eliminate and conceal subtle “hills and valleys” often found along the edges of a slab of concrete.

This process also, more importantly, opens the “pores” of the concrete, which allows the epoxy material to soak in deeper and adhere to the concrete in a “fishhook” type fashion. Once grinding is complete, cracks, dents, dings, etc., are addressed using appropriate crack-filling material.

  • 2-Part High Gloss Aliphatic Polyurethane Coat (tinted to your choice of color)
  • Your Choice of either Non-Slip Resin Sand or 1/8″ Decorative Chips
